What does the experience include?
Traditional Welcome: Opening of the space with sound ambiance and a story about the origin and ancestral meaning of viche.
Tour of the "Hall of Fame": Guided tour of our daytime sales point and medicinal consultation space, learning about botanical plants and their healing properties.
Guided Tasting of Liqueurs and Curaos: Guided tasting of 4 to 5 varieties of our star drinks (pure viches, curative curaos and creamy liqueurs), learning to identify notes, aromas and nuances.
Ancestral Pairing: Accompaniment with traditional snacks from the Pacific cuisine that highlight the flavors of each beverage.
Talk about the Viche Law: A space for dialogue about the impact of this law on our communities and the protection of distilling heritage.
